Judges decisions are final.
The organisation or individual must not have been prosecuted for a violation of any environmental, social, or commercial law in Australia or overseas in the past 5 years.
Claims made in your entry must be true and correct. The Banksia Foundation and Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) reserves the right to declare your entry ineligible if, in the reasonable opinion of the Banksia Foundation and APCO, the information provided in your entry is deficient, false, or misleading in any way.
Finalists must have at least one representative attend the 2024 APCO Annual Awards Ceremony.
Entries are not registered as submitted until payment has been received in full.
Banksia Foundation and Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) reserves the right to withdraw a category and cancel the award if an insufficient number of entries has been received, the quality of entries does not meet the criteria, or the entries are deemed inappropriate for any reason.
All entries for the APCO Annual Awards should reflect the work being carried out over the 2023-2024 period. However, this initiative can be running for longer than the last two years. Entries can include relevant information prior to 2023 that is pertinent to the entry.
Banksia Foundation and Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received, delayed, incomplete, or are lost due to a technical problem.
All entries are subject to GST within Australia.
Banksia Foundation and Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) reserves the right to reallocate a nomination to an alternate category should the judging panel deem it more relevant to the nomination.
Banksia Foundation and Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) reserves the right to use entry photos and PR summaries for the APCO Annual Awards marketing and promotion.
